Radsmart Receiver executable file Disappears 🚫

1. Windows Defender Issue 🛡️

Problem

radsmart_receiver.exe may sometimes be flagged or blocked by Windows Defender, mistaking it as a potential threat.

Check the following steps to resolve this issue ⌨️

To prevent this, add the folder where radsmart_receiver.exe is installed to the exclusions in Windows Defender.

  1. Open Windows Security:

    • Search and open Windows Security from the Start menu.
  2. Navigate to Virus & Threat Protection:

    • Select the 'Virus & threat protection' option.
  3. Manage Settings:

    • Scroll and click on 'Manage settings' under 'Virus & threat protection settings'.
  4. Add Exclusion:

    • Scroll to 'Exclusions' and click on 'Add or remove exclusions'.
    • Click 'Add an exclusion', select 'Folder'.
    • Navigate to and select the folder where radsmart_receiver.exe is installed.
